Hypnosis is used to create accelerated and lasting change
in behavior and to encourage mental and physical wellbeing.

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation.
A state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention. In hypnosis your subconscious mind takes
over for your conscious mind. Everyone has experienced a trance, many times perhaps. You become so absorbed
in thought, really absorbed and you zone out, fail to notice what is going on around you- perhaps sail right past your
exit on a highway. Another level of consciousness, your subconscious mind takes over. This is a state of attention
very similar to hypnosis.
The use of Hypnosis
was approved in 1955 by the British Medical Association and in 1958 by the American Medical Association.

Hypnosis encourages the use of imagination,
suggestions, ideas, and exploration.
Using imagination
one may envision a situation as it is today and then vision the situation as they desire it whether it be emotions, thoughts,
events, or a physical healing.
In this state of focused
concentration suggestions compatible with the desired outcome have a more significant and lasting affect.
Through unconscious exploration events or experiences associated with the behavior or a core
belief can be identified. This then faciltiates the achievement of a behavioral change.
In Hypnosis a client DOES
NOT lose control or surrender their will. Hypnosis IS NOT mind control. The client always has the right and
the ability to reject any suggestion given.
In
Hypnosis the client IS NOTunder
the control of the hypnotist. Hypnosis is not imposed on a client but something
that is helpful and beneficial when chosen. A client must want to accomplish hypnosis and the results in order for sucess
to occur. As a Hypnotist I am a facilitator to guide you in achieving the goals you establish.
In Hypnosis the client DOES NOT lose consciousness
or have amnesia. Most people will remember everything that occurs in hypnosis. This medium trance level is highly
productive. A small percentage of people may go into a deeper trance level and have spotty recollection of the session.
This will also be productive as it is not necessary that everything be remembered on a conscious level to be effective.
