Mind-Body Medicine uses the
mind to promote healing in the body. Some forms of mind-body medicine, affirmations, visualization, hypnosis are used
to assist in restoring physical health as well as emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Through
the use of dialogue, guided imagery, meditation, relaxation tools, hypnosis, affirmations,and energy healing we work
together to reduce fears and blocks, to transform deeply held beliefs and thereby increase your ability to Manifest Your Dreams.

Guided Imagery may direct your thoughts to a comfortable and safe environment
where you have total control in your own mind or you may imagine the change you wish to make- really create the image
of the change- the look - the feel- the smell- your feelings surrounding the change and instill this vision within. It
can also help explore issues being confronted to achieve better understanding and create solutions. Visualization techniques taught to the client help the individual work at home
to refine their desired changes, create their new experiences and become more powerful in manifesting change for themself.
Breathwork helps to slow down, cleanse the body and relieve stress.
It can be used to bring about calm and to change out of control emotions and reactions.

Meditation is often made more complicated than it needs to be. Sitting
in quiet, taking a break from the mind chatter and activity starts the process rolling. Breathing is fundamental
to meditation and allows a calming, a relaxation. Repeating a simple phrase "I am peaceful" or "I am
calm" brings a calm, a quet, a focus. Meditation involves listening to the workings of your mind, becoming aware of your
reactions and your thoughts, becoming an observer and then achieving mastery over them.
